Villa · Bedrooms 3
A small hotel complex set in a teak forest, a two-minute walk from Bingin Beach, on a 4,300 m² (43-are) site. The developer kept the existing teak trees and shaped the architecture around the landscape. The exterior draws on Bingin's local style — arches and limestone finishes — combined with Australian design elements to blur the line between indoor and outdoor space. Interiors vary villa to villa but share signature features: a spiral staircase at the centre of the living room and rock-textured walls referencing the cliffs of southern Bali. Master bathrooms have a terrazzo bathtub with brass fixtures and twin sinks. Bingin itself is a developing area: most of the land is undeveloped green zone, only a few hectares are available to developers, and land prices have tripled since 2020. Bingin and Dreamland beaches are minutes away, along with surf spots, yoga and retreat centres, coworking spaces, restaurants, and international brands like % Arabica.
