Body Sense

Body Sense is an innovative oceanfront wellness resort in South Bali designed around scientifically grounded biohacking and full-body rejuvenation principles. The project introduces a next-generation hospitality concept where recovery, longevity, and lifestyle investment merge into one integrated environment.

Spanning approximately 4,500 m², the development includes 51 designer SPA units located in Bali’s prestigious pink zoning, offering a secure 30+25 year leasehold structure. The architecture combines soft sculptural forms with open terraces and relaxation areas overlooking the ocean, creating a seamless connection between nature, design, and well-being.

At the core of Body Sense is a comprehensive wellness infrastructure. The resort features a full-scale SPA and thermal complex including sauna, hammam, Roman bath, infrared sauna, salt room, snow room, ice plunge pool, hydro-massage areas, and private massage suites. The concept extends beyond traditional spa services, integrating biohacking protocols and restorative therapies into everyday living.

Residents and guests benefit from a balanced-calorie restaurant concept, a fully equipped gym and yoga space, ocean-view relaxation terraces, and curated recovery zones. A unique “Ritual-by-Room” approach brings wellness directly into selected suites, incorporating infrared saunas, copper bathtubs, yoga accessories, tea ceremony sets, and natural cosmetics — transforming each residence into a private recovery sanctuary.

Located just minutes from Pandawa (3 min), Melasti (10 min), and Nusa Dua (15 min) beaches, the project combines prime coastal positioning with strong tourism demand.

Body Sense is not simply a resort — it is a holistic ecosystem designed for regeneration, longevity, and capital growth in one of Bali’s fastest-growing oceanfront locations.
