Melasti Villas & Apartments — 1 Bedroom Apartment

forest on the other. Phase one comprises 18 private villas and a 20-unit apartment building with a ground-floor restaurant, plus a spa centre with gym and a 25-metre pool. Phase two adds 11 further villas and a tennis court. Every unit on the estate has a guaranteed ocean view. Land lease runs 37 years with a priority right to extend a further 50 — 87 years total.

Interiors across the complex follow a japandi palette — Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth — with natural materials and minimal plastic. The developer runs its own management company, delivering five-star hotel service to guests and handling the full cycle for owners.

Villas

Single-storey residences with flat roofs, floor-to-ceiling glazing and sliding glass doors opening onto wide ocean-facing terraces. The larger four-bedroom format runs to roughly 810 m² total on a 1,380 m² plot — around 500 m² built plus 310 m² of terrace and pool. The plan centres on an open living, kitchen and dining space with high ceilings and a bar area; all bedrooms are en-suite masters, with the front pair facing the ocean directly and opening onto the terrace. A flex room adapts as an office or children's room. Back-of-house is fully separated — service kitchen, laundry, storage and a dedicated staff zone — so hotel service runs without crossing guest space. Some villas include a bride's suite with private bathroom and an adjoining makeup room, making them suited to weddings and events.
