Pandawa Residence

Set on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula, this residential complex brings together apartments and villas in a contemporary coastal setting just minutes from the ocean. The project is conceived as a lifestyle-oriented community that combines private living with resort-style amenities, with a focus on modern design, ocean views, and proximity to some of the island’s most established beach and hospitality destinations.

The architecture follows a clean, contemporary language with open-plan interiors, generous glazing, and a layout designed to make the most of natural light and the surrounding landscape. The development includes 64 villas and 91 apartments. Villas range from 101 to 234 sq. m and include two- and three-bedroom layouts, private pools, BBQ areas, open-plan kitchens and living spaces, and ocean views. Apartments range from 40 to 50 sq. m and offer one-bedroom layouts with balconies, open-plan living areas, and access to shared facilities.

Residents benefit from a range of on-site features designed for everyday comfort and leisure, including panoramic ocean views, a swimming pool, restaurant, coworking spaces, fitness gym, yoga garden, children’s area, and landscaped communal areas. The project is also designed with long-term durability in mind, using construction solutions suited to a tropical coastal environment.

The location places the development around two minutes from the sea and about 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Nearby are Pandawa Beach, Melasti Beach, Green Bowl, White Rock Beach Club, Savaya, and a collection of well-known luxury resorts including Ritz-Carlton, Kempinski, Hilton, Bvlgari Resort Bali, and Six Senses Uluwatu.
