The Era — 1 Bedroom Villa

The Era by OXO is a boutique residential development set on a hilltop in Uluwatu, Bali, designed to offer a refined yet relaxed living environment within one of the island’s most distinctive coastal regions. Positioned slightly inland from the coastline, the project enjoys elevated views across Uluwatu’s rolling landscape and open skies while remaining closely connected to the area’s renowned beaches, cafés, and surf culture.

The development consists of a limited collection of 26 private villas, each carefully positioned across the hillside to maximize privacy and panoramic outlooks toward the horizon and ocean. Residences range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, designed for modern living while maintaining a strong connection to nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the interiors, while open living, kitchen, and dining areas create a seamless flow throughout the home. Premium materials, neutral tones, and contemporary finishes give the interiors a calm and sophisticated character.

Architecture throughout the project is defined by distinctive rooflines inspired by traditional Balinese kite forms, creating a striking visual identity while blending with the surrounding tropical landscape. Each villa includes generous outdoor spaces, with private terraces and swimming pools designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Some residences also feature balcony terraces with hammocks overlooking the hillside, offering quiet spaces to unwind and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Residents benefit from a range of amenities designed to enhance everyday comfort and convenience. These include a welcoming lobby, café, wellness and spa area, a hilltop gym, and 24-hour concierge service. In-villa dining, housekeeping, and a range of lifestyle services are also available, creating a living experience that combines private villa living with hotel-style hospitality.

Located in the Bukit Peninsula at the southern tip of Bali, the development is within close reach of Bingin Beach and other popular coastal destinations, while remaining approximately 20 km from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. The surrounding area is known for its dramatic cliffs, world-class surf breaks, beach clubs, and growing collection of boutique dining venues.
